This website,
"The Vikinggate" has been designed and created by The Museum of Foteviken,
in order to facilitate for Viking re-enactors and Viking re-enactment groups
to publish texts and photos to inform about their group and their activities
on The Internet. Please click on icon "Vikinggate" to the left. It is of course
free of charge for all Viking re-enactors and Viking re-enactment groups to
publish information concerning their group, different events and activities
at this website.
The EU-project
Destination Viking - Baltic Sea
This
project is based on a co-operation between different cultural institutions
in The Baltic Sea region. The lead-partner of this project is the section
for cultural matters of the county administration board of Scania. The Museum
of Foteviken and The city of Vellinge are responsible for the carrying out
of this project.
